6.1 Flight Monitoring
We monitor flights for airport pickups. However, it is your responsibility to inform us of any flight delays or changes. We provide a 60-minute complimentary wait time for airport pickups after the scheduled arrival time.
6.2 Vehicle and Driver
We strive to provide the exact vehicle type booked, but reserve the right to substitute with a similar or upgraded vehicle if necessary. All drivers are licensed, insured, and professional. Vehicles are maintained to high standards of safety and cleanliness.
6.3 Luggage and Passengers
Please ensure that the number of passengers and amount of luggage specified in your booking is accurate. Additional passengers or excessive luggage may result in additional charges or require a vehicle upgrade.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Being ready at the scheduled pickup time and location
- Informing us of any changes or delays
- Treating drivers and vehicles with respect
